Let’s Give Thanks!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

We walk on starry fields of white
And do not see the daisies;
For blessings common in our sight
We rarely offer praises.
We sigh for some supreme delight
To crown our lives with splendor,
And quite ignore our daily store
Of pleasures sweet and tender.

Giving Thanks

Depending upon our mindset and circumstances, it can be hard to be grateful. However, I’ve been learning the value of giving thanks in all things. Here are just a few things I’m thankful for this year.
1. YOU! So many of you have given your time and resources to share in the work. This includes the people that have helped us bring Shes on board. Thank you!
2. God’s provision financially, spiritually, emotionally, and in so many ways, this year through so many people.
3. The struggles and difficulties that draw us closer to Him and knowing His ways.
4. The truth He reveals, even when it hurts.
5. The amazing people we get to work with in various places around the world.
6. The connections He builds and the joy of serving in the body of Christ.
7. The opportunity to give thanks and be grateful each day.
8. What awaits us in 2020.
