As I take a few days this week to retreat with other women in ministry, I thought I’d share this quote from Henri Nouwen.

Without solitude it is virtually impossible to live a spiritual life. … We do not take the spiritual life seriously if we do not set aside some time to be with God and listen to him.

I hope you find some time in the middle of your chaotic day or away by yourself, to be still and listen to him.
