Before you watch the introductory video to the prevent section, complete the following: Activity: How to Prevent Illness.

Now that you know the correct way to wash your hands, complete the Activity: Steps for Proper Hand Washing  before continuing on to learn how to wash your hands with gel.

I hope you enjoyed your glimpse into the course. Our rehabilitation promoters received much, over twenty videos in all. They learned about COVID-19, how it is spread, how to protect themselves and others, and some basic physical therapy interventions for those that have recovered from COVID-19.
